KURY FM is Brookings-Harbor for many of our residents. It’s the only FM station that broadcasts from Brookings. Whether it’s broadcasting the Brookings-Harbor Bruins High School sports (volleyball, football, basketball – boys and girls, and baseball/softball), SF 49ers Football, Birthdays and Anniversaries of local folks or simply playing the best music, KURY FM is synonymous with our community. Established in the mid-1970s, the station delivers valuable local information, hourly news from NBC and great music.

KURY FM provides entertainment to the southwest coast of Oregon, northwestern California to Orick as well as along the 199 corridor for Cave Junction and the neighboring communities.

brookings-harborWhile broadcasting from downtown Brookings, we care about the entire region. “Giving Trees” is a holiday season effort KURY Radio has that reaches out to the less fortunate in the area who are dealing with challenges for basic needs. We’ve provided relief for folks from Agness to Klamath and everywhere in between. There’s also our Stuff the Bus promotion which generates much needed school supplies for local children going to area schools. These two signature annual promotions demonstrate in a small way our connectedness to our listeners.

KURY – FM also broadcasts the Shopping Show each Saturday morning from 8a – 11p.
